CERITA #27: KISSING SEMESTER TWO GOODBYE

Horas, people.

I literally gasped that semester two has completed. So, this post aims to document and share my (hopefully beneficial) postgraduate journey in Edinburgh.

Do always bear in mind that I always give credit to Jesus Christ, my immediate family, and LPDP (as my sponsor) to make my journey happen.

1. Master of Accounting and Finance class
1a. The courses
I took two compulsory courses, namely (1) CMSE11324 Current Issues in Accounting, and (2) CMSE11418 Research in Corporate Finance. Also, I chose two elective courses which are (1) CMSE11203 Behavioural Finance, and (2) CMSE11279 Corporate Governance.

We come from Albania, Armenia, China, Greece, India, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Mauritania, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Taiwan ROC, Thailand, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

1c. The lecturers

Please meet lecturers!

(1) Wenxuan Hou who taught Corporate Governance; (2) Woon Leung who taught Research in Corporate Finance; and (3) Yue (Lucy) Liu who taught Behavioural Finance. However, there are some lecturers for lecture Current Issues in Accounting, namely Elisa Henderson, Stephen Walker, Ingrid Jeacle, Sebastian Hoffmann, Marian Gatzweiler, and Christine Cooper.
